Brady Lake is probably going to freeze completely over this year. We’ve only been here a year, so it was no biggie when the lake didn’t freeze last winter. But our neighbors have told us that last year was the first time the lake hasn’t frozen over in almost 30+ years. I’m really excited to see if it actually does…There might even be some impromptu figure skating in my future (if I see a minimum of 25 people skating without falling thru the ice - and it only counts if they weigh at least 100lbs). Just saying. Ice skating on actual frozen (and semi-deep) water is way more intimidating than being on 5 inches of frozen water at a rink. We’ll keep you posted.
