Scheduled for this afternoon is the dreaded, 4-hour long, Pharmacy Skills Assessment. Any therapeutics we’ve covered to date is fair game (which is A LOT, considering we only have 1 block of therapeutics remaining). I have an inkling that one of our patient’s four issues will be diabetes. Which of course means that I get the privilege of performing a diabetic foot exam on smelly, gross, real feet…eewwww! GROSS!!
I’m wondering how this counseling technique would go over with my patient and more importantly my evaluator. Wish me luck.
More importantly…It’s Friday.
So, after 5PM today…its the weekend…. with no exam on Monday….
