This past Thursday I was a participant in a biking accident. No worries...I was only on the pavement long enough (seriously maybe 2 seconds - so embarassing) for about 10 people to stop, take off their headphones, and ask if I needed help getting to the beginning of the trail. This of course coming after a few weeks of poking fun at Kelcie for flipping over her handlebars – I guess I had it coming. I have a renewed appreciation for helmets and the age when it was appropriate to have training wheels.
