Just thinking about our first card I can’t help but laugh….our tiny apartment in Columbus as the backdrop, lights that reached “scald-your-skin-off” temperatures, trips and tangles, and our superstar photographer, Nicole, snapping pictures between all of us historically laughing! It was classic!

So when Christmas card time rolled around again in 2010, we didn’t want to disappoint our friends and family. Since our cute kiddo count equalled zero…we ordered reindeer antlers instead and decorated our first Christmas tree together.2010
It makes my heart happy that these cards have become our little tradition. They may be sorta ridiculous and what some may deem as the, “They're too old for that” sorta thing, but I love them. I especially cherish how these cards are something we will look back on years from now and see ourselves “growing old” together year by year. This year we used our “Mustache Moving Bash” as a jumping off point and turned those mustaches-on-a-stick into an“Elf Hat” and “Santa Beard” instead. Add a Merry Christmas banner here and a Christmas tree there and…well…that’s what went into our Christmas card this year folks.
